The invention provides a reinforcing cage forming system. The reinforcing cage forming system comprises a reinforcing bar straightening and shearing machine, reinforcing bar mesh welding machines, a reinforcing cage forming platform, welding manipulators and a reinforcing bar lifting tool, wherein the reinforcing bar straightening and shearing machine is arranged behind the reinforcing bar mesh welding machines and is used for supplying reinforcing bars to the reinforcing bar mesh welding machines; a lower reinforcing bar mesh and an upper reinforcing bar mesh are formed by welding the reinforcing bars through the two reinforcing bar mesh welding machines of which the potential difference is 2.5 mm; the lower reinforcing bar mesh and the upper reinforcing bar mesh are sequentially arranged on the reinforcing cage forming platform through the transportation of the reinforcing bar lifting tool on a cableway; stirrups are preset on the reinforcing cage forming platform; the welding manipulators are arranged at two sides of the reinforcing cage forming platform; the lower reinforcing bar mesh, the stirrups and the upper reinforcing bar mesh can be welded together to form a reinforcing cage by operating the welding manipulators to carry out spot welding; the reinforcing cage can be lifted and conveyed to a reinforcing cage stacking zone for being stacked and stored through the reinforcing bar lifting tool; the reinforcing bar lifting tool can return to the reinforcing cage forming system. According to the reinforcing cage forming system provided by the invention, the design is simple, the operation is convenient, the automation degree of a fabricated house automatic production line is increased, and time and labor are saved.
