By means of the technical scheme, the crowd escape probability can be determined before the fire disaster occurs, the early warning information is sent in advance, and preventive measures such as measures for limiting people number, opening more entrance and exit passages and the like can be carried out; the problem that people cannot escape timely and casualties are caused when the fire disaster occurs can be avoided; besides, the shortest way can be provided for crowd evacuation, and the people can rapidly escape from the dangerous situation.
