Effective components are a first active ingredient cyenopyrafen and a second active ingredient fenpyroximate, wherein the weight ratio of the first active ingredient to the second active ingredient is (40-1):(1-40), and the sum of contents of the first active ingredient and the second active ingredient is 2-40% of the total weight of the pesticide composition. The pesticide composition disclosed by the invention can be prepared into agriculturally allowable emulsion in water, a suspending agent, water dispersible granules and a microcapsule suspending agent. The pesticide composition containing cyenopyrafen is reasonable in composition and has a good effect on panonychus ulmi, hawthorn spider mites, two-spotted spider mites, tetrangychus cinnabarinus and yellow tea mites; meanwhile, the pesticide cost is low, the durable effect is long, the residual quantity of a preparation is low, no pollution is produced to crops, the safety is good, production of resistance can be effectively delayed compared with existing single dosage, and the safety requirements of a pesticide preparation can be met.
