Zusammenfassung:	This mobile-body detection device is provided with an oscillation circuit, a transmitter, a receiver, a phase detection unit, a mobile-body determination unit, and a control unit. The phase detection unit has: a mixer; a low pass filter for only allowing a frequency component at or below a first cutoff frequency to pass therethrough; a high pass filter for switching a second cutoff frequency and only allowing a frequency component at or above the second cutoff frequency to pass therethrough; and an amplifier. The control unit controls the high pass filter in a manner such that the second cutoff frequency during an interval lasting from when the transmitter starts transmitting a continuous energy wave until a prescribed waiting interval has elapsed is higher than the second cutoff frequency after the waiting time has elapsed.
