description The invention discloses a 4G network based end-to-end high-definition video safe transmission system and method. In the invention, through encrypting a video source with a TF card and by adoption of tunnel type end-to-end encrypted transmission of video data, a set of high-definition video double-encryption transmission system is established so that video transmission under 4G network is safer and more reliable.
