According to the technical scheme of the invention, in the capacitive transition and voltage control device for testing the fault of the power cable, the plug-in state of the static polar disc and the movable polar disc is realized through the rotating and plugging process. Meanwhile, the transition of the capacitance and the transition of the test voltage during the cable testing process are realized. Therefore, the device can be used for testing the faults of cables of different types and different levels.
