Generator for preparing elemental mercury standard gas

The invention relates to a generator for preparing elemental mercury standard gas. The generator comprises a U-shaped pipe, a uniform distribution plate, two gas pipe connectors and two sealing devices, wherein the U-shaped pipe is used for holding a mercury penetration pipe and a glass ball; the uniform distribution plate is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped pipe, is used for partitioning the mercury penetration pipe from the glass ball and is provided with a plurality of evenly distributed through holes; the two gas pipe connectors are respectively positioned at the two ends of the U-shaped pipe and are communicated with the U-shaped pipe; the two sealing devices are used for connecting the two gas pipe connectors and the U-shaped pipe in a sealing manner; each sealing device comprises an end cover, a pressing sleeve, bolts and a gasket; each end cover is connected with the corresponding gas pipe connector and the U-shaped pipe, and is provided with an air passage which can be communicated with the U-shaped pipe and the corresponding gas pipe connector; each pressing sleeve is arranged out of each end cover and the U-shaped pipe in a sleeving manner; the bolts are arranged between each of the end covers and the corresponding pressing sleeve and are used for fastening and connecting the end covers with the U-shaped pipe; each gasket is arranged between each pressing sleeve and the U-shaped pipe. The generator is high in gas tightness, and is safe and reliable; mercury vapor leakage can be effectively avoided; a mercury poisoning accident of personnel is avoided.
