Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a device and a method for liquid level height measurement of a continuous casting tundish. The measurement device comprises a tray, a positioning disk, a floating ball, a range pole and a scale, wherein the tray is shaped like a plate and used to be laid on a cover of the tundish, and a first through hole is disposed in the center area of the tray; the positioning disk is shaped like a plate and stably covers the first through hole of the try and around the first through hole, a second through hole is disposed in the center area of the positioning disk, and the diameter of the first through hole is bigger than the diameter of the second through hole; the floating ball is spherical and used to be placed and float on the molten steel surface of the tundish; the range pole is shaped like a rod and disposed vertically, the lower end passes through the second through hole and the first through hole, and the range pole is connected to the floating ball; and the scale is equipped with scale marks along the length direction and disposed vertically, and the lower end is fixed on the tray and close to the range pole. The device and the method for the liquid level height measurement of the continuous casting tundish provided by the invention can measure a liquid level height in the tundish at any time in order to visually and accurately master a molten steel liquid level of the tundish and guide normal productive operations. |
