description The invention discloses a method for synthesizing amide compounds from sulfur dioxide and novel amide compounds. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the amide compounds are synthesized by taking aryl, aliphatic siloxane or diaryl siloxane, a sulfur dioxide complex and disubstituted hydrazine as raw materials and reacting in 1, 4-dioxane with X-phos and CsF as additives and oxygen as an oxidant under the catalysis of copper acetate. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low reaction cost, stable catalyst, mild reaction conditions, high yield, capability of realizing quantitative reaction as well as simple and environment-friendly posttreatment.
