Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a multi-film heat sealing device which comprises a square support, a bottom plate, a plurality of sliding rails, an electric heating mechanism and a transmission device. The four side faces of the support are open, and the support is provided with an upper cover and a base. The bottom plate is arranged on the base of the support. The sliding rails are connected with the upper cover and the base. The electric heating mechanism is installed on the sliding rails and can slide. The transmission device is arranged between the electric heating mechanism and the support and controls the electric heating mechanism to move vertically. A plurality of heat conducting metal anvils located on the same horizontal plane are arranged on the lower surface of the electric heating mechanism. Heat sealing grooves matched with the metal anvils in shape are formed in the upper surface of the bottom plate. Substrates are arranged in the heat sealing grooves. Heat sealing convex rings are arranged on the portions, close to the peripheries, of the substrates. Filter composite films can be produced in batches; by means of the opening and closing design of a limiting plate, multiple sets of multi-layer films can be overlapped completely, overlapping precision is high, and lateral moving is avoided; by means of automatic high-frequency hot pressing, the films can be fused without creasing, the rate of finished products is large, and fast production is achieved. |
