Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a friction stir welding method for a high-volume-fraction SiCp particle-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. The friction stir welding method for the high-volume-fraction SiCp particle-reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprises the steps that firstly, a cover plate is manufactured; secondly, an interlayer is manufactured; thirdly, the interlayer is arranged between butt joint surfaces of a test panel to be welded; fourthly, the cover plate is installed above the test panel to be welded and the interlayer and clamped through a tool; and fifthly, welding is conduced. By the adoption of the friction stir welding method, the friction stir welding quality is improved.
