Method for preparing explosive cladding metal bar

The invention discloses a method for preparing an explosive cladding metal bar. The method comprises the process steps that holes are distributed in water-free pre-blasting rock (1) of a strip mine step according to designed blast hole net parameters to form a water-free dry vertical blast hole (2); a cladding metal bar preparing device (3) is placed in the middle position of the bottom of the blast hole (2); explosive (6) is loaded in the blast hole (2) and plugged with tamping plug (7); and the explosive (6) is detonated, under extrusion of blast energy, a B-metal material pipe and an A-metal material solid bar are compounded, and the explosive cladding metal bar is prepared. The cladding metal bar preparing device (3) comprises the A-metal material solid bar, a preserved air gap, the B-metal material pipe and a protection layer from inside to outside in sequence. New explosive cladding material products are manufactured in the mine blasting exploitation process, one blast hole has multiple purposes, and the newly-increased economic benefits of enterprises are increased under the condition of not influencing the blasting effect.
