Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a charged water spray printing and dyeing waste gas treatment device and method. The device comprises a main casing which is arranged horizontally and transversely, wherein the inner portion of the main casing is sequentially divided into a pre-charge zone, a dust removing zone, a water spray removing zone and a discharging zone in the flowing direction of waste gas; a liquid collecting tank is arranged below the dust removing zone; an inlet end of the pre-charge zone is connected with a general gas inlet pipe; and an outlet end of the discharging zone is connected with a chimney reaching to the sky. The device integrates a plurality of functions such as pre-charging of inlet gas, water spray charging dedusting, collection of waste gas containing dust, waste gas purification and water spray removal, waste gas negative-pressure suction and high-altitude discharge and the like, so that not only large-particle fiber dust in printing and dyeing waste gas can be removed, but also submicroscopic dust particles and oil droplets which cannot be captured by a traditional dry type electrostatic precipitator can be eliminated. Operation of engineering projects indicates that the efficiency for processing waste gas of a setting machine reaches more than 95 %, and the discharged waste gas is fogless, colorless and odorless.
