Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an LTE network tracking area adjusting data generation method including acquiring the basic data of an LTE network and a GSM network; generating the tracking area adjusting data of the LTE network based on the basic data by means of a genetic algorithm; and adjusting the position area of a base station in the GSM network based on the tracking area adjusting data of the LTE network. The invention further discloses a tracking area adjusting data generation device of the LTE network. The LTE network tracking area adjusting data generation method and device generate the adjusting data for optimization of the tracking area adjusting data of the LTE network based on the current network data by means of the genetic algorithm, and achieve the aim of reducing the cross tracking area switching proportion of the LTE network.
