Method and system for recovering data of database

The invention discloses a method and a system for recovering data of a database. The method comprises the steps of establishing a data dictionary file of the database; acquiring an archived log file of the database, carrying out analysis on the archived log file by using logminer, and acquiring an analysis result; referring to the data dictionary file, extracting target data from the analysis result, and recovering the target data to the database. According to the invention, the archived log file contain all data operation content of the database, so that the target data to be recovered can be extracted from the archived log file reliably; and analysis is carried out on the archived log file by using the logminer so as to acquire the target data, recovery is not required to be carried out on an additional machine, and the recovery time is controllable, so that the data to be recovered in the database can be recovered quickly.
