Automatic start and stop control method and device of engine

Whether an automatic start and stop switch is turned on or not is judged; if the automatic start and stop switch is turned on, the state change of a hand brake is detected; if the state of the hand brake is changed into the pulling-up state from the placing-down state, a stop signal is transmitted to an electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit controls the engine to stall; and if the state of the hand brake is changed into the placing-down state from the pulling-up state, a start signal is transmitted to the electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit controls the engine to start. According to the technical scheme, when the automatic start and stop switch is turned on, the electronic control unit controls start and stall of the engine through detection on the state changes of the hand brake, and the idle oil consumption and mechanical abrasion of the engine in the automobile waiting process are reduced. When a user pulls up the hand brake, a large probability is achieved for the user to park for a long time, and accurate control over the work state of the engine is more easily achieved through an automatic start and stop system.
