According to the invention, room temperature reaction produces polyamic acid, polyamic acid then reacts with polyol to generate unsaturated polyester, also the photoinitiator, the leveling agent, 1, 4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, carbon nanotube and other raw materials are introduced to make the polyimide paint have super-hydrophobic property, and UV curing is carried out. The coating film applied to the wood material surface can achieve good sealing performance, super-hydrophobicity, temperature resistance, weather resistance and other excellent performance. Combined action of the three can cure polyimide, improve the curing speed and lower the curing temperature. |
