Preparation method of tropicamide artificial antigen

The invention provides a preparation method of a tropicamide artificial antigen. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a haptin is prepared and detected, wherein tropicamide and butanedioic anhydride are subjected to an acylation reaction to obtain a compound containing carboxyl, and the compound and glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride are subjected to a condensation reaction and a hydrolysis reaction to obtain the haptin containing carboxyl; secondly, the artificial antigen is prepared and detected, wherein the haptin and bovine gamma globulin (BGG) are combined through a mixed anhydride method for preparing the artificial antigen of the tropicamide, namely the tropicamide-BGG. The obtained tropicamide artificial antigen can conduct animal immunization, the corresponding tropicamide antibody is obtained and can be used for research of the tropicamide immunoassay method, and a more convenient, rapider and more accurate approach is provided for detecting the tropicamide.
