description The invention provides a business process optimization analysis method based on queue excavation and is suitable for processing different business processes in which multiple events are involved and for solving a problem that event execution is delayed. Firstly, an initial model of a business process is established using the conventional process excavation technology and is examined by rationality and behavior appropriateness; then delayed prediction of a specific event is performed by combining the definition of an event in a service process with a service log of a log sequence extraction event and based on the snapshot criterion of queue excavation, wherein the delayed prediction comprises HOL prediction (defined in the specification) and LES prediction (defined in the specification); and behavior information of the event is analyzed and arranged through delayed prediction, the initial module is optimized by combining the Petri net behavior profile relation, and finally, the optimized model is examined using model rationality and the priority reduction degree of event execution (defined in the specification). The invention optimizes a business process model which is delayed in event execution, the obtained model can well simulate the business process, and the process model can be further controlled and optimized through excavating behavior information of event execution at the same time.
