Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a straight-through multistage piston type ultrahigh-pressure micro-sample treatment device and application thereof. The device comprises a bearing support (2), a bearing container (5), an acting oil cylinder (1), a two-way plunger (10) and at least two stages of two-way piston type oil cylinders, wherein the bearing container (5) is disposed at the bottom of the bearing support and used for containing a micro-sample to be treated, and the acting oil cylinder (1), the two-way plunger (10) and the two-way piston type oil cylinders are sequentially mounted along the axis from the top of the bearing support (2). The two-way piston type oil cylinders are connected hermetically, each stage of two-way piston type oil cylinder comprises a two-way oil cylinder and a double-diameter piston matched with the two-way oil cylinder, and the double-diameter piston in the last stage of two-way piston type oil cylinder is connected with the bearing container (5). The acting oil cylinder (1) is controlled to move to produce pressure, and the pressure is transferred by the multistage piston type oil cylinders and finally acts on the bearing container (5) to produce ultrahigh pressure, so that micro-sample breakage treatment is carried out. Compared with the prior art, the straight-through multistage piston type ultrahigh-pressure micro-sample treatment device has the advantages of compact structure, small size, less proneness to pressure leakage and the like.
