The reverse rotation of the synchronizing wheel and the flywheel is realized through the reverse rotation of the flywheel driving motor and the synchronizing wheel driving motor, so that the apparatus can generate force having the same direction with the balancing weight; and in addition, the apparatus is simple in structure, convenient to operate, high in efficiency and energy-saving. |
