The invention provides a cost analysis data collection and processing system, which comprises a table collecting module, a table checking module, a table uploading module, a data checking module, a data summarization module and a data output module, wherein the data collecting module is used for collecting a table including cost analysis index basic data; the table checking module is used for checking collected table to be input and a third party table; the table uploading module is used for uploading the successfully checked table to be input or the third party table into a system and storing the tables into a memory of the system; the data checking module is used for checking the cost analysis index basic data in each cell in the table to be input or the third party table; the data summarization module is used for summarizing the successfully checked cost analysis index basic data into each cost analysis index according to data categories and inputting the data into a cost analysis basic database; and the data output module is used for extracting the cost analysis index corresponding to the categories required by report forms from the cost analysis basic database.
