Preparation of keratin-based double-sensitive polymer gel and application of keratin-based double-sensitive polymer gel as medicine carriers

The invention relates to preparation and application of keratin-based double-sensitive polymer gel, and belongs to the field of composite materials and biomedical materials. Feather keratin serves as a biological polymer base body, through a step-by-step polymerization mode, temperature-sensitive monomers and acid-sensitive monomers are sequentially polymerized on the feather keratin base body in situ, and temperature and pH double-sensitive polymer gel is obtained. Scanning electron microscopy shows that the surface of the polymer gel has an obvious mesh structure, the mesh structure has multiple layers of porous structures not uniform in size, and medicine of different molecular weights can be easily loaded. In-vitro medicine release performance experiments show that the polymer gel can control the release of medicine molecules, and therefore the polymer gel can be applied to the field of biomedicine as the medicine carriers.
