Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a production and verification method of a vibration enveloping solid of an automobile power assembly. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting digital-analog data of an engine, a speed changing box and a suspender, and the mass of the engine, the mass of the speed changing box, a center-of-mass coordinate of the speed changing box, a speed ratio of the speed changing box, a decoupling parameter of the suspender and a rigid parameter of a suspended soft cushion; step 2, calculating a power assembly center-of-mass coordinate of a power assembly under a static state according to the center-of-mass coordinates of the engine, the speed changing box and the suspender; step 3, according to the power assembly center-of-mass coordinate under the static state, calculating the power assembly center-of-mass coordinate and a rotary angle of the power assembly under typical and extreme working conditions through computer simulation software; step 4, importing the power assembly center-of-mass movable coordinate and the rotary angle, which are calculated in the step 3, into three-dimensional digital-analog software to generate a power assembly envelope; and step 5, verifying a gap between the power assembly envelope and a peripheral piece and outputting an arrangement verification report, so as to reduce wastes of development cost of newly-developed vehicle types and the risks of period of appearing on the market.
