The prepared pure CO and the prepared pure H2 are used as fed gases and can be used for producing ethylene glycol (EG). Based on the characteristic that the components of the yellow phosphorus tail gas are complex, the method for comprehensively utilizing the yellow phosphorus tail gas is provided. The yellow phosphorus tail gas can be utilized reasonably and effectively, environmental pollution is reduced and cyclic and economical utilization of resources is realized.
