The invention relates to a portable environmental-friendly fire extinguisher. The portable environmental-friendly fire extinguisher comprises a metallic tank body 100, an aluminum foil soft packaging bag 200, a valve body 300, compressed gas 400 and a waterborne environmental fire extinguishing agent 500, wherein the metallic tank body 100 is provided with a first opening 110, the aluminum foil soft packaging bag 200 is provided with a second opening 210, the valve body 300 is provided with a third opening 311 and the aluminum foil soft packaging bag 200 is arranged in the metallic tank body 100. The valve body 300 is hermetically arranged between the first opening 110 and the second opening 210, so that a first sealed space 120 is formed between the metallic tank body 100 and the soft packaging bag 200, a second sealed space 220 is formed between the soft packaging bag 200 and the valve body 300 and the third opening 311 of the valve body 300 is communicated with the second sealed space 220. The compressed gas 400 is contained in the first sealed space 120 and the pressure of the compressed gas is greater than 2 barometric pressures. The waterborne environmental fire extinguishing agent 500 is contained in the second sealed space 220, the waterborne environmental fire extinguishing agent 500 comprises a vegetable foaming agent, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, vegetable three-dimensional phenol polymers and water, and the weight percentage of the water is not greater than 97 percent.
