Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an engine machine oil viscosity on-line detection device and detection method. The provided device is connected with a machine oil sampling device composed of a solenoid valve, a liquid level sensor and a second temperature sensor, a constant flow pump, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, a pressure control valve and a cooling device through oil supply pipes in order. The device comprises a constant temperature oil bath box embedded at the outer side of the sampling device and composed of a heater and a first temperature sensor, a data processing module connected with each sensor and a one-chip microcomputer connected with the solenoid valve, the heater, the constant flow pump and the pressure control valve. Through construction of machine oil viscosity detection standard temperature and simulation of practical working pressure of engine machine oil, combined with the data processing module and the one-chip microcomputer, on-line detection of the machine oil viscosity is carried out. The machine oil viscosity can be monitored in real time, detection results are scientific and accurate, and in-time and effective basis is provided for oil change.
