The invention relates to a device for detecting bearing grease uniformity and rotation flexibility and a method. The device comprises a motor whose spindle is vertically arranged and a bearing block for fixing the bearing. Before bearing grease injection, the bearing rotation flexibility and a sleeve loosening condition are detected, bearing sleeve loosening during a grease uniformity process after grease filling can be avoided, and waste of time and production materials can be avoided. Multiple steps of a step-shaped bearing block can be applied to bearings with multiple different inner diameter sizes, and generality is strong. The step-shaped bearing block is firm and stable, and particularly for a large bearing or a small bearing, as long as a corresponding step is adopted, grease injection and grease uniformity processes can be well done. After bearing grease injection, multiple turns of grease uniformity are completed in a short time period, the grease of the bearing can be ensured to be uniformly distributed in a bearing channel. The device is simple and easy to operate, the labor intensity of workers is lessened, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
