Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a gas discharging flow online measuring method and system and an application server. The gas discharging flow online measuring method comprises the steps that easy-to-measure variables are obtained, wherein the easy-to-measure variables comprise opening of all valves of a gas discharging pipe network and inlet pressure and inlet temperature of the gas discharging pipe network; the easy-to-measure variables are input in a soft-measuring model which is used for describing mathematic relation between flow velocities of all pipe sections and the easy-to-measure variables, and the flow velocities of all the pipe sections are obtained through solving; the exit velocity of the gas discharging pipe network is obtained from the flow velocities of all the pipe sections; the gas discharging flow is calculated and obtained according to the exit velocity of the gas discharging pipe network and output to overcome restriction of industrial site environment, and online measuring of the gas discharging flow is achieved.
