The authority control method includes the steps that communication between a host and a smart phone APP of a house owner is established; communication between the host and multiple sub-machines is established; a preset unlocking instruction input by the house owner through the smart phone APP is received by the host; an unlocking password input externally is received by the host; the host judges whether the unlocking password input externally is consistent with a preset unlocking password or not according to the received preset unlocking instruction; if yes, whether the current unlocking time is consistent with the preset unlocking time or not is further judged; and if the current unlocking time is consistent with the preset unlocking time, the host unlocks the door lock of a house door, meanwhile, the host generates a control instruction for controlling a sub-machine corresponding to a room door to be unlocked to synchronously unlock a lock of the room door and sends the control instruction to the corresponding sub-machine, and therefore the lock of the room door is synchronously unlocked conveniently by the corresponding sub-machine according to the control instruction.
