Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a separation preparation method of gardenia oil, water-soluble gardenia pigment and gardenin, belonging to the fields of development and application of natural medical chemistry and food additives. The method can be used for obtaining gardenia oil, gardenia pigment and gardenin by taking gardenia seeds as raw materials through the steps of microwave drying pretreatment, sub-critical extraction, membrane separation, macroporous resin purification and drying. According to the invention, the gardenia seeds are comprehensively developed and utilized through step-by-step extraction, and prepared gardenia oil, water-soluble gardenia and gardenin products can be applied to the fields of foods, food additives, health products and the like and have good commercial prospects.
