By the adoption of the device and method, powder and hydraulic oil can be completely isolated, pressurization is stable, the quality of formed blank is high, the traditional manual operation mode is changed, the operation process is automatically controlled through a PLC, operation is easy, multiple pieces of equipment can be controlled for production by only one person instead of three to four persons required before, and production cost is reduced greatly.
