Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a direct-driven gear hobbing machine worktable. A worktable surface is mounted on the top of a mandrel. The mandrel is supported on a worktable housing through a bearing. The axes of the worktable surface, the mandrel and the worktable housing are in a same straight line. The worktable housing is internally provided with a torque motor. The stator of the torque motor is fixed on the inner wall of the worktable housing, and furthermore the rotor of the torque motor fixedly sleeves the mandrel. The lower end of the mandrel is coaxially connected with a short shaft. The lower part of the short shaft is provided with an angle encoder. According to the direct-driven gear hobbing machine worktable, a worm-gear pair in a traditional structure is replaced by the torque motor, and furthermore the worktable surface is directly driven through the torque motor, thereby overcoming a defect of worktable precision reduction caused by factors such as mechanical errors in a traditional mechanical transmission structure. Furthermore, when the direct-driven gear hobbing machine worktable is locked, a locking force is directly applied on the worktable surface, thereby preventing deformation of the worktable surface and ensuring high precision of the worktable. |
