Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a transurethral ultrasound prostate detection method, a diagnostic apparatus and a transducer; the method comprises steps of transmitting an intra-prostate ultrasound transducer which is 10-100MHz in central frequency to a to-be-detected prostate part by virtue of an ultrasound catheter which is 0.5-5mm in diameter through urethra; transmitting and receiving ultrasound signals within 360 degrees to the to-be-detected prostate part; and meanwhile, retracting the intra-prostate ultrasound transducer. The diagnosis apparatus comprises an ultrasound catheter which is 0.5-5mm in diameter, wherein the front end of the ultrasound catheter is provided with an intra-prostate ultrasound transducer which is 10-100MHz in central frequency and the back end is connected to a retracting/driving device; and the retracting/driving device is connected to an electronic imaging system. The transducer comprises an ultrasound transduction unit which is formed by closely connecting a backing layer, a piezoelectric layer and an acoustic matching layer sequentially. According to the invention, the ultrasound transducer is transmitted to the prostate part through urethra, a detection range is shortened and a working frequency is improved, so that an imaging resolution ratio is increased. |
