Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a white orchid grafting propagation method, which comprises the steps of (1) stock preparation, namely selecting perennial white orchid seedlings as the stock, and cutting the leather 2-5cm long top-down on a basal part 10-20cm above the ground to expose a formation layer without hurting the xylem and peeling while reserving proper length; (2) scion preparation, namely selecting annual 7-12cm white orchid branch that contains more than two plump buds and grows well as the scion, and cutting into a front and a back cutting surface, wherein the front cutting surface is flat and the cutting length is 2-5 cm and the formation layer is exposed without hurting the xylem, and the back is cut 0.5cm inclined; (3) side grafting, namely making the scion front cutting surface against the stock cutting surface tightly and aligning the formation layer, and making the scion back cutting surface against the stock cutting leather tightly and setting the stock peeling thereon for binding; (4) enclosing, namely enclosing the interface that the stock and the scion combines with a film safely; (5) survival rate inspection, namely inspecting the survival rate 15-20 days after the grafting, and binding up after inspection to expose the upper part of the scion; (6) stock pruning, namely performing a first stock pruning about 2 months after grafting and remove the stock 20-30 cm above the interface; and performing a second stock pruning one growth season after the grafting to remove all stocks above the interface. |
