Evaluation method for evaluating service life of battery

The invention discloses an evaluation method for evaluating the service life of a battery. The method comprises the steps of (1) classifying ex-service batteries into batteries of a first kind and batteries of a second kind; (2) establishing the simple life model of a battery module, and estimating the residual life of the battery module composed of batteries of the first kind in a specific operating condition according to a preset operation termination condition; (3) testing each module composed of batteries of the second kind, determining the current health state of the module, establishing a corresponding relationship according to the test data of the module and the original data of the module when delivered out of factories, and estimating the potential surplus value of the module. The related operation data of batteries of the first kind are completely recorded during the service period and the application conditions of batteries of the second kind during the service period are not recorded. That means, only the original data of batteries of the second kind when delivered out of factories are recorded, and both the application processes and the current states of batteries of the second kind are unknown.
