Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a kit for quickly detecting rare deletional thalassemia based on a solubility curve method. The kit comprises a pair of primers THAI-F and THAI-R amplifying characteristic sequences of -- alleles in alpha-globin gene clusters, a pair of primers HPFH-F and HPFH-R of HPFH-SEA alleles in beta-globin gene clusters and a pair of primers DBT-F and DBT-R of DBT alleles in beta-globin gene clusters. The kit can be used for achieving detection of three rare deletional thalassemia alleles --, HPFH-SEA and DBT through single-tube one-time reaction and has high sensitivity, stability and accuracy and higher specificity.
