Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides millet soup powder. The millet soup powder is prepared through the following steps: taking millet, adding water of which the weight is 12-15 times of that of the millet, boiling up the millet and the water with an intense fire so as to obtain millet soup, decocting the millet soup for 30 minutes with a small fire, filtering the decocted millet soup, removing residues and impurities, concentrating filtrate, then drying the concentrated filtrate by a spray drying method so as to obtain powder or granules, and loading the prepared powder or the prepared granules in bags or bottles. The millet soup powder disclosed by the invention is rich in nutrition, does not contain any additives, is safe and reliable, and is convenient to carry and eat.
