The invention discloses a play method of touch screen equipment based on control of a computer. The play method comprises following steps of: firstly, detecting whether the touch screen equipment starts showing slides or not by a computer end, controlling the touch screen equipment to pop up a page up or down key and a label key by the computer end if the touch screen equipment starts showing slides and feeding position information and playing status back to the touch screen equipment; secondly, monitoring slide playing status of the computer end in a real-time manner and feeding operation status of the page-down key and the label key back to the computer end when sliding show is in the playing status; thirdly, processing received a touch-control operation key of the touch screen equipment by the computer end; and fourthly, hiding the page up or down key and the label key and feeding the slide playing status back to the touch screen equipment when the computer end detects that slide show is finished at a touch screen equipment end.
