Dry quenching on-line temperature measurement device and temperature measurement method

The invention discloses a dry quenching on-line temperature measurement device. The device comprises an inverted L-shaped adjusting support arranged outside a sealing aisle, wherein the vertical portion of the adjusting support is mounted on a fixed support, a lower end of the fixed support is fixedly mounted on a belt support, a lower portion of a tail end of a horizontal portion of the adjusting support is equipped with a box body, the box body is internally provided with an infrared probe, one side face of the box body is provided with a through hole of a signal wire connected with the infrared probe and an air incoming hole for entry of an air transmission pipe into the box body, the bottom face of the box body corresponding to the infrared probe is provided with a hole for stretching of the infrared probe, and the infrared probe is arranged above a center of a belt. The invention further discloses a temperature measurement method utilizing the device. The device can not only move up and down, but also can be adjusted left and right, dust intrusion and heat source interference are reduced, coke extracting temperature can be accurately, uniformly and effectively measured, and maintenance and overhaul are convenient.
