Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production technology of activated clay by a hydrochloric acid method. The production technology comprises the steps of: using bentonite as a raw material, grinding the bentonite to obtain a sizing agent through a ball mill, and enabling the sizing agent to be driven into a suspension separator through a pump, wherein the sizing agent of coarse particles, which flows at the bottom, returns to the ball mill to be ground, and the sizing agent of fine particles, which flows at the top, enters an activation kettle; calculating the weight of dried mines of slurry in the activation kettle according to the volume of the sizing agent entering the kettle and a slurry ratio, and enabling hydrochloric acid to be compounded to the dried mines according to the proportion that 1.00-1.20 tons of the hydrochloric acid is compounded with each ton of the dried mines; after the acid is compounded, adding steam for heating, and activating the dried mines for 4 hours at the temperature of 95-102 DEG C; after reaction, discharging the sizing agent into a cooling pond for cooling, wherein the cooling temperature is 60-70 DEG C; and after cooling, enabling the sizing agent to be driven into a filter press through a pump so as to perform primary acid division, discharging filter cakes after primary acid division to a rinsing tank, and supplying water for rinsing the filter cakes; rinsing the filter cakes until the PH value of the filter cakes is 3.0-3.5, then enabling the rinsed filter cakes to be driven into the filter press once again, wherein the filter cakes are semi-finished products, baking the semi-finished products of the filter cakes, and grinding the baked filter cakes to obtain finished products. The production technology disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being simple in technological process, good in quality, low in production cost, environmental-friendly, suitable for large-scale production and the like. |
