The invention discloses a lotus root peeling and mud-removing brush device which comprises multiple brush rollers. Each brush roller comprises a shaft, brush bristles are evenly and radially arranged on the shaft, and the top ends of the brush bristles are made into concave-convex alternated continuous waves. The brush bristles of the multiple brush rollers define a U-shaped cavity for accommodating, bearing and surrounding lotus roots. The wave crests of the brush bristles of the brush rollers are embedded into the wave troughs, adjacent to the wave crests, of the brush rollers. Peeling and mud removal are conducted on the lotus roots by utilizing friction between the rotating brush rollers and the lotus roots and self weights of the lotus roots and other objects, the wavy brush rollers can thoroughly remove stains and peels of the lotus roots, the integrity after peeling and mud removal can be ensured only by setting a certain time, it is not needed to worry about the working condition of excessive peeling, the brush rollers can simultaneously conduct peeling and mud removal on the lotus roots and can clean the lotus roots only by being in coordination with a water-injection flushing device, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
