Zusammenfassung:Provided are: an array substrate which can be easily formed, and which is provided with an insulation film, the dielectric properties of which can be controlled; a liquid crystal display element provided with said array substrate; and a radiation-sensitive resin composition for forming said insulation film. An array substrate (1) is produced by forming an insulation film (12) upon a substrate (4) having an active element (8) formed thereon, and disposing, upon the insulation film (12), a common electrode (14), an interlayer insulation film (33), and a comb-shaped pixel electrode (9). A radiation-sensitive resin composition is used to form the interlayer insulation film (33), said radiation-sensitive resin composition including: [X] an alkali-soluble resin; [Y] oxide particles of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of aluminium, zirconium, titanium, zinc, indium, tin, antimony, and cerium; [Z] a multifunctional acrylate; [V] a chain transfer agent; and [W] a radiation-sensitive polymerization initiator. The array substrate (1) is used to configure a liquid crystal display element.
