According to the invention, the storehouse filled with a test fertilizer is placed in to a constant temperature and humidity case for testing, compared with the current technology which employs a natural placement mode, the test period is greatly reduced, in addition, the piston structure is used for applying pressure on the fertilizer, the current method is characterized in that the fertilizer is directly placed in the constant temperature and humidity case for testing, the piston structure is pushed by air pressure for supplying pressure, the condition of transport, storage and conveying of the fertilizer is close to the practical condition, and the testing result is more accurate.
