Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a pump which includes a housing (11) in which a pump chamber (11b) accommodating an inner rotor (12) and an outer rotor (13) is formed by being recessed on a pump chamber formation surface (11f), and an O-ring groove (11i) is formed in the surrounding of the pump chamber (11b); an O-ring (14) that is placed in the O-ring groove (11i); and a plate (15) that is installed on the pump chamber formation surface (11f) and closely contacts the O-ring (14) to block the pump chamber (11b). Inter-hole grooves (11d) connecting to an outer edge of the pump chamber formation surface (11f) are formed in the surrounding of the O-ring groove (11i).
