The novel building fireproof coating composition is characterized by comprising, by weight, 100 parts of acrylic ester-styrol-vinyl acetate terpolymer, 20-30 parts of self-emulsifying epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of red phosphorus, 15-25 parts of aluminium triphosphate, 20-30 parts of melamine, 5-10 parts of expansile graphite, 15-25 parts of glycerin, 5-15 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene sulfonate, 5-10 parts of ferric oxide hydrate, 5-10 parts of metatitanic acid, 10-20 parts of Na2O.nSiO2.mH2O and 100-200 parts of water. Through unique component selection and an optimized component ratio, the building fireproof coating has excellent comprehensive performance, and particularly has the outstanding overall properties of fireproofness, waterproofness, weather resistance, attractiveness and the like.
