The simple sewage treatment device has a simple structure; as the water outlet is composed of the upper water outlet and the lower water outlet, if the lower water outlet is blocked, the upper water outlet is still in use, so the problem of blockage of the water outlet is effectively overcome; domestic water like vegetable washing water is poured into the water storage basin, large impurities in the domestic water are filtered out via the filter screens, then the domestic water enters the water treater; and treated water can be used for mopping a floor and flushing a toilet, so secondary utilization of sewage is realized and the water resource is saved.
