The known water dispenser adopts the principle that water in the drinking water bucket flows out through an inelegant valve on the water dispenser, then the water flows into a water storage groove through the intelligent valve, and then the water flows out from the water valve of the water dispenser through the water storage groove; when passing by the intelligent valve, the water in the drinking water bucket contacts air for a long time, so as to generate secondary pollution, and the phenomenon that bacteria content exceeds the standard of the drinking water is caused, and thus the body health is affected; in order to overcome the defects existing in the intelligent valve of the existing water dispenser, the invention provides the integrated sealed sterile water dispenser, the secondary pollution source of the intelligent valve is eliminated, the water meeting the standard in the drinking water bucket directly flows out of the water valve of the water dispenser, and meanwhile, the freshness of the water quality is also kept. The water dispenser is used together with a water barrel cover and an air sterilizer which are invented by the inventor.
