A node management list has multilayer attributes, the multilayer attributes comprise operator information, provincial information, municipal information, grade information, and node information in sequence, the operator information comprises operator identifications which nodes belong to, the provincial information and the municipal information respectively comprise provincial and municipal identifications which the nodes belong to, the grade information comprises grade identifications which the nodes belong to, the node information comprises node identifications, the grade information comprises multilayer grades, the nodes are added to different grades according to the uploading ability of newly-added nodes, and the quantity of the multilayer grades is set in advance. According to the node management list structure in P2P networking and the management method thereof, effective classified management of the nodes can be performed according to different attributes, the optimal node can be rapidly found out during partner node matching, the data transmission speed of the nodes is guaranteed, problems of large-area long-distance data transmission and cross-operator flow are avoided, the operation cost is lowered, and user experience is improved.
