A coal mine cable comprises a cable core and a sheath layer located on the outer surface of the cable core. The front support plate and the rear support plate are fixed at the front end and the rear end of the left side of the side substrate respectively. A pulley and two positioned wheels located at two ends of the pulley respectively are arranged on each of the upper surfaces of the front support plate and the rear support plate. Two guide rods are fixed on the upper end face of the side substrate. A sliding block sleeves each guide rod. A pinch roller and a nut are fixed at the outer side and the inner side of the sliding block. A leading screw embedded into the nut is installed on a fixed plate located at the upper end of the two guide rods. A hand wheel is installed at the upper end of the leading screw. The processing method has advantages of fast speed, low usage cost, simple operation and intelligible, complete, firm and lasting printing content, and can ensure intelligible and complete cable printing during a whole service life of a cable. The provided method is better than a traditional printing mode in aesthetics and practicality.
